New Cupcake Bakery in town!

Last week I came across this NEW cupcake bakery! I went to check it out on Friday after work at about 5pm, and they were all sold out! They must be yummy !

CHOCOLATE chip cookies

1 cup of Butter
3/4 cup of packed Brown Sugar
3/4 cup sugar
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of Baking soda
2 1/4 cups of Flour
1/2 package of Chocolate Chips (1 Cup)
A touch of Vanilla

Bake at 350 degrees till Golden Brown!

I put these in mini cupcake holders and baked them for 10-12 minutes!

A little something for your sweet tooth!!!

Mom's Homemade Icing

1/4 cup of Butter 

3 cups of icing sugar 

3 tablespoons of milk

1 teaspoon of Vanilla 

Use beaters to mix together 

Add food colouring of your choice!!

My mom usually adds a touch of red food colouring to make a nice baby pink! It a traditional colour in our family for birthday cakes (for men and women! haha)
